Steven Rossbach began his career at two research institutes, focusing on solid state physics and optoelectronics. In 2006, he joined Osram, where he spent 10 years as an engineer and marketing manager in the OLED division. In 2016, he moved to Broadcom Inc.'s Industrial Fiber Products Division, where he currently serves as the Regional Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. Steven holds an engineering degree in MEMS from the University of Zwickau and a master’s degree from the University of Regensburg.

Tim Schnitzler

Worldwide Product Marketing, Industrial Fiber Products Division Broadcom Inc.

Tim Schnitzler is the product manager for the Ethernet Fiber Optic Transceivers and NIR SiPM Sensors, based in Germany. He is responsible for worldwide product management, new product definition development, and market expansion.

Tim began his career at Hewlett Packard Semiconductor Group as an application engineer, covering various optoelectronic components. He has held numerous roles in engineering, marketing, and sales at HP, Agilent, Avago, and Broadcom since then.

Tim holds a Diplom degree (equivalent to the Bachelor degree) in Communication Electronics Engineering from the University of Cooperative Education in Stuttgart.
